4. Delivery

State which destinations you ship to, the available services and charges, expected dispatch and delivery windows, and what happens if an item is delayed or lost.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Explain the statutory cancellation rights that apply to online orders, how to give notice, return deadlines, return postage responsibility and refund timing. Some genuinely personalised products may be exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right, but statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.
